2.Milk powder
6.Dry fruits(cashews,badam,kismis)
7.Cardamom powder


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup maida,2 tbsp milk powder,2 tbsp kova and mix well with water as we needed and prepare a soft dough.
2.Heat sufficient ghee for deep frying.
3.Take another pan add 1 1/2 cup sugar,1 glass water and prepare sugar syrup.
4.Now prepare round balls,stuff some dry fruits in it and roll them into balls.Keep aside.
5.Slowly drop them in hot ghee and deep fry,fry till golden colour.Keep rotating.
6.Gently drop the jamoons in sugar syrup,add cardamom powder.Transfer into a bowl and serve [email protected]@@
