1.Cooked rice
2.Curry leaves
3.Dry coconut
5.Chana dal
6.Lemon juice
8.Mustard seeds
9.Turmeric powder
10.Dry Red chillies
11.Coriander seeds
12.Cumin seeds
13.Salt to taste
14.Green chillies


1.Take a pan dry roast dry red chillies 5-8,2 tbsp coriander seeds,curry leaves,dry coconut pieces 3-4 for few minutes.
2.Grind into smooth powder with some salt and keep aside.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,chana dal 1 tbsp,peanuts 1 tbsp,dry red chillies 3-4,green chillies 3,curry leaves,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,salt, and fry for few minutes.Off the stove and add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
5.Add 2-3 tbsp of curry leaves powder in cooked rice and mix well,finally add tempering mixture into rice and give it a good mix.Serve hot..!!!
