Beerakaya Perugu Pachadi


1.Beerakaya pieces
2.Garlic cloves
3.Green chillies
4.Dry Coconut
7.Turmeric powder
8.Tempering seeds
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Inguva (Asofetida)
12.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour 4-5 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add 1 tbsp tempering seeds and saute for a minute.
3.Add curry leaves,pinch of asofetida,beerakaya 1 bowl chopped,turmeric powder,salt 1 tbsp and mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes till tender.
4.Grind dry coconut,green chillies,garlic cloves 4-5, into a smooth paste.
5.Add grinded paste to beerakaya curry and give it a good mix.Off the stove and rest the mixture aside to cool.
6.Transfer into a bowl add 1 cup curd and mix well evenly.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve...!!!
