Tomato Perugu Pachadi


1.Tomatoes chopped
2.Onion chopped
3.Inguva (Asofetida)
4.Salt to taste
5.Cumin seeds
7.Turmeric powder
8.Mustard seeds
9.Coriander leaves
11.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds,1 tbsp cumin seeds,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 and saute for few minutes.
3.Add 1 cup tomatoes chopped,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well.Cook till soft and pulpy.
4.Off the stove and transfer the mixture into a bowl.Rest the mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
5.Finally add 1 cup curd,inguva and mix well evenly, garnish with coriander leaves.
