Thotakoora Undala Fry


2.Cumin seeds
3.Salt to taste
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Green chillies
7.Besan flour
8.Dry coconut powder
9.Sesame seeds
10.Curry leaves
13.Dry Red chillies


a bowl add thotakoora leaves 1 bowl,3 tbsp besan flour,dry coconut
powder 2 tbsp,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,green chillies 2 tbsp,ginger garlic
paste 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste mix well all the
ingredients evenly with water.Prepare round balls and keep aside.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Slowly drop them into hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden colour.Transfer into a plate.
4.Take another pan pour 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
dry red chillies,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,mustard seeds 1 tbsp,curry
leaves,asofetida a pinch,sesame seeds 1/2 cup and saute for few minutes.
6.Add fried balls and give it a mix,add 1/2 cup water.
7.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till done.Transfer into a plate.Serve hot.
