2.Cashew nut paste
3.Tomato puree
4.Onion paste
5.Black cloves
6.Bay leaf
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Corn flour
11.Ginger garlic paste
15.Garam masala powder
16.Coriander powder


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup keema,salt,red chilli powder 1/4 tbsp,garam masala powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste all in equal quantities.
2.Mix well all the ingredients,rest the mixture to marinade for 2 hrs.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Add 2 tbsp corn flour in keema mixture for crispy ness,mix well.
5.Prepare round balls from the mixture and keep aside in a plate.
6.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.
7.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
8.Add bay leaf,2-3 black cloves,3-4 cardamoms,shajeera 1/2 tbsp,cinnamon stick 1 inch and saute for few minutes.
9.Add 1 tbsp tomato puree,1 cup onion paste,1/2 cup cashew nut paste,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch,salt to taste mix well,Fry for few minutes till its done.
10.Finally add fried balls in gravy and mix well,add some water and bring it to boil.
11.Add garam masala powder,red chilli powder and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
