1.Besan flour
2.Rice flour
3.Ginger chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Cooking soda
6.Green chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Oil for deep frying


1.Grind ginger chopped,green chillies,salt into smooth paste.Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take a bowl add 1 cup besan flour,rice flour 1 cup,cooking soda 1/2 tbsp,salt,finely chopped curry leaves,2 tbsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp oil and mix well evenly with water and prepare a thick consistency batter.
4.Take a sev presser,place the flat shaped disc/or any other (optional).Place the mixture in it and start pressing in hot oil.
5.Keep rotating until they change into golden colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,Serve hot..!!!
