Sabudana Appalu


1.Rice flour
2.Moong dal soaked
4.Onion chopped
5.Salt to taste
6.Soaked sabudana (Sagoo)
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Cumin seeds
9.Green chilli paste
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Sesame seeds


1.Take a bowl add 2 cups rice flour,sabudana 1 cup soaked,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,sesame seeds 1 tbsp,moong dal 1/2 cup,onion chopped 1 cup,green chilli paste 2 tbsp,curry leaves,coriander leaves,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,salt and mix well evenly with water if need and prepare a dough.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms,place it on plastic cover greased with some oil.
4.Gently press into a thin layered appa,drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till light golden colour,drain onto a paper napkin,serve hot..!!
