Beetroot Sweet


1.Beetroot grated
2.Sugar grated
4.Bombay ravva
5.Cardamom powder
6.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan pour 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nuts till light golden colour and keep aside.
3.In the same pan add 1 cup bombay ravva and saute for few minutes till light golden colour.Transfer into a plate.
4.Add 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan,beetroot grated 1 bowl.Fry till it attains thick consistency and till water oozes out.
5.Add 1 bowl sugar and give it a good mix.Keep stirring the mixture until sugar melts evenly.
6.Add cardamom powder 1 tbsp,ghee 1 tbsp and mix well.Add fried bombay ravva in beetroot mixture and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
7.Cook for few minutes on medium flame.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with fried cashews.Serve hot..!!
