2.Basmati Rice
3.Onion chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Coriander leaves
6.Garlic paste
8.Cardamom powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Fried onions
11.Garam masala powder
13.Coriander powder
14.Pineapple paste
15.Whole garam masala
16.Cashew nuts
18.Green chillies
19.Lemon juice


1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed,bring it to boil on medium flame.
another pan add 250 gms mutton,add ¼ tbsp pineapple paste,lemon juice 2
tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1
tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,garam masala powder ¼ tbsp,cardamom powder ¼
tbsp,onion chopped 2 tbsp,fried onions 2 tbsp,green chillies cut and
slitted 2-3,pudina leaves 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 2 tbsp,cashew nuts 2
tbsp,whole garam masala as we needed.
3.Add soaked rice to the boiling water,whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,salt to taste and mix well.
4.Add 1 cup curd to the marinated mutton and give it a mix.
5.Add coriander leaves 1 tbsp in rice and give it a stir.
6.Cook the rice till half boiled,drain the water and transfer the rice into mutton mixture into layers.
7.Now on the stove and cook the mutton on medium flame,sprinkle 1 tbsp coriander leaves,fried onions,
sprinkle 1 tbsp cardamom powder.
8.Cover and cook for 10 -15 minutes till done.
9.Transfer into a plate and serve hot..
