2.Green chillies
3.Salt to taste
4.Tempering seeds
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Dry red chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
9.Chana dal


1.Take a bowl add 1 small bowl chopped goruchikkudu,add some water,salt and bring it to boil till tender.
2.Grind roughly dry red chillies,soaked chana dal 1 cup,salt,.
3.Take another pan add 4 tbsp oil and heat it.
4.Add tempering seeds 2 tbsp,green chillies 3-4,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and saute.
5.Now add boiled goruchikkudu by draining water and give it a mix.
6.Add ½ tbsp red chilli powder,roughly mashed chana dal mixture and give it a good stir.
7.Cook for about 2-3 minutes till it becomes dry,add salt to taste and mix well.Cook for a minute.
8.Off the stove and transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot
