Masala Gravy Palak Kofta


2.Besan flour
3.Salt to taste
4.Cashew nut,gasagasala paste
6.Coriander seeds
8.Onion chopped
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Turmeric powder
11.Red chilli powder
12.Tomatoes chopped


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add spinach chopped 2 cups,besan flour 1 cup,salt 1/2 tbsp,cashew nut,gasagasala paste 1/2 cup,sugar 1/2 tbsp,coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water if need.
3.Prepare round balls and gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the balls until they deep fry,fry till golden brown colour transfer onto a paper napkin.
5.Take another pan pour 2-3 tbsp oil and heat it.
6.Add 1 cup onion chopped,ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup and saute for a minute.
7.Add turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,tomatoes chopped 1 cup,salt and mix well.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
8.Finally add fried balls and give it a mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
