Kaaju Pakodi Curry


1.Besan flour
2.Salt to taste
3.Coriander powder
4.Red chilli powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Garam masala powder
7.Cashew nut,onion paste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Onion chopped
10.Cashew nuts
12.Coriander leaves


1.Take a pan add dalda 1 1/2 tbsp and melt it,add dalda to besan flour and mix well.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Add 1/2 tbsp salt in besan flour,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,cashew nuts,turmeric powder a pinch mix well with water and prepare pakodi batter.
4.Add coriander leaves and give it a mix.
5.Gently drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.
6.Fry till golden colour and transfer onto a plate.
7.Take another pan pour some oil,add chopped onions 1 cup and saute.
8.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,cashew nut,garlic paste 1 cup and mix well all the ingredients.
9.Add garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,salt 1 tbsp and give it a good mix.
10.Add some water as we needed for gravy consistency,add coriander leaves,fried kaaju pakodi and give it a fine mix evenly.
11.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashews,coriander leaves.Serve hot.
