Mutton Pachadi


1.Boiled mutton 250 gms (with turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste)
3.Red chilli powder 5 tbsp
4.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
5.Curry leaves
6.Salt to taste
7.Lemon juice
8.Coriander powder
9.Tempering seeds
10.Garlic cloves 5
11.Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
12.Cumin,fenugreek powder 1 tbsp


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Deep fry mutton pieces till golden brown colour and transfer onto a bowl.
3.Add red chilli powder 5 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,cumin,fenugreek powder 1 tbsp,salt 2 tbsp,lemon juice mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies 3,curry leaves saute for a minute and finally transfer into mutton  mixture and give it a good mix.
