Fish Pachadi


1.Fish pieces 500 gms
2.Coriander powder
3.Garlic cloves
4.Red chilli powder
6.Tempering seeds
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Lemon juice
9.Turmeric powder


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Deep fry fish pieces for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
red chilli powder 3 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1
tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,cumin,fenugreek seeds powder 1 tbsp and mix
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add 2 tbsp salt,lemon juice (2lemons) and mix gently.
6.Add tempering seeds,dry red chillies 4,off the stove and add garlic cloves chopped.
7.Finally add the tempering mixture in fish pickle and give it a mix.
