1.Radish grated
3.Tempering seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Garlic cloves
7.Salt to taste
8.Dry red chillies
9.Coriander leaves
10.Turmeric powder


1.Take a pan pour 4 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds 1 tbsp.dry red chillies 7-10 and saute for a minute,transfer the mixture into a bowl.
3.Add radish grated 1 cup,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4.Roughly grind tempering mixture with garlic cloves,tamarind 1 tbsp,salt.
5.Finally add fried radish and grind it.
6.Take another pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
7.Add 2 tbsp tempering seeds,dry red chillies 2,curry leaves off the stove and add turmeric powder a pinch,saute for a minute.
8.Finally transfer into grinded mixture and give it a good mix.Serve with hot rice.
