Mulakkadala Soup


1.Drum sticks
5.Pepper corns
7.Garam masala powder
8.Corn flour
9.Coriander leaves


1.Boil drum sticks in water for few minutes by adding some salt.
2.Meanwhile melt some butter in another pan,add onions and saute till brown colour.
3.Add cloves,pepper corns,garam masala powder,salt and saute for few minutes.
4.Switch off the flame and rest aside the mixture to cool down for few minutes and blend into a fine paste.
5.Transfer the paste into a separate bowl,meanwhile remove pulp from drum sticks in a small bowl and mash well.
6.Add drum stick pulp,ground paste to the boiled water and stir,boil on high flame for few minutes.Transfer into a soup bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
