Kobbari Chicken Liver


1.Chicken liver
2.Tomatoes chopped
3.Garlic cloves
4.Coconut grated
5.Salt to taste
6.Garam masala powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Boiled egg pieces
9.Dry red chillies
11.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,dry red chillies 5 and saute for a minute.
3.Add 1 cup tomatoes chopped and saute,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add 5-10 garlic cloves and fry for few minutes by covering a lid.
5.Add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,garam masala powder 1 tbsp,salt and mix well.
6.Add 2 tbsp ghee and give it a mix,now add 1 cup liver pieces.
7.Cover and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes,add 2 tbsp boiled egg pieces and give it a stir.
8.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,2 tbsp coconut powder 4 tbsp and cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.Serve hot.
