Pesarapappu Pulav


1.Moong dal soaked
2.Rice soaked
4.Whole garam masala
5.Cashew nuts
6.Onion chopped
7.Green chillies
8.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 4-5,cashews and mix well.Fry till light brown colour.
3.Add 1/2 cup moong dal soaked,2 cups water,salt to taste and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
4.Add 1/2 cup soaked rice and give it a mix.
5.Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
6.Finally sprinkle some pudina leaves,ghee and give it a good mix.Transfer into a plate.Serve hot.
