Sorakaya Karam Odappalu


1.Sorakaya grated
2.Onion chopped
3.Green chilli paste
4.Curry leaves
5.Coriander leaves
6.Carrot grated
7.Sesame seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Rice flour
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add 1 bowl rice flour,sorakaya grated 1 cup,carrot grated 1 cup,green chilli paste 1/2 cup,curry leaves,sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp,coriander leaves 1 cup,onion chopped 1 cup,salt to taste mix well all the ingredients evenly and prepare a soft dough.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Prepare round dumplings from the dough,grease some oil to a plastic cover and place the dumpling on it and press it into a thin layered chapathi.
4.Slowly drop them into oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.
5.Drain excess oil and serve hot.
