2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Besan flour
4.Tomato sauce
5.Chilli sauce
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add chicken pieces,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,besan flour 1 tbsp,tomato sauce 1 tbsp,chilli sauce 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,ajinomoto 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Slowly drop chicken pakodas in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour and drain onto a paper napkin.Serve hot.
