1.Bombay ravva
5.Cashew nuts


1.Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Add 1 cup bombay ravva and fry for few minutes till light brown colour.Transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add 2 tbsp ghee and fry cashew nuts,kismis till light golden colour.
4.Transfer into ravva mixture,add 1 cup sugar,cardamom powder and mix well.
5.Take another pan,add some water,1 tbsp ghee,bring it to boil
6.Slowly add sooji mixture in boiling water and keep stirring without forming any lumps.
7.Cook for few minutes till it attains thick consistencu.
8.Transfer into a bowl,rest the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
9.Prepare a soft and smooth dough with maida.
10.Divide the dough into small equal portions and place the stuff inside the dough and press into a thin layered chapathi.
sufficient oil for deep frying,slowly drop the chapathi in hot oil and
deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve
