Custard Puri


1.Maida dough (add some sugar and prepare a dough)
2.Custard paste (add some ghee and prepare a thick paste)
3.Custard powder
4.Cardamom powder


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Divide the dough into small equal portion and prepare small puris,grease some custard paste on it and keep aside,roll one more chapathi and grease custard paste,repeat the same process until we get 3 layered chapathi.
3.Roll the chapathis and cut into small pieces and press them tightly.
4.Again roll them into puris by dusting some flour,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry till the puri start puffing up.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot.
