Green Peas Kachori


1.Green peas paste
2.Wheat flour dough
3.Coriander powder
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Dry coconut powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it,on another stove heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Add 1 cup green peas paste,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,sugar,dry coconut powder 1 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients evenly on medium flame.
3.Squeeze some lemon and mix well.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and place the green peas mixture and enclose it as a pouch,pinch tightly on top and slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning the kachori gently,fry till light golden colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin and serve hot.
