1.Boiled vegetables
4.Boiled moong dal
5.Tomato puree
6.Salt to taste
7.Fenugreek leaves
8.Garam masala powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
13.Japathri (Mace)
15.Onion chopped
16.Ginger,curd,cashew nut,onion paste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add japathri,shajeera,onion chopped 1 cup and fry for few minutes till light golden colour.
3.Add tomato puree 1 cup,curd 1/2 cup,onion paste 1/2 cup and give it a mix,cook for few minutes.
4.Add red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix well.
5.Now add moong dal boiled 1 cup,boiled vegetables 1 cup and give it a mix,add fenugreek leaves chopped 1 cup,papads smashed 2 and mix well evenly all the ingredients.
6.Off the stove and add 1 tbsp butter/ghee and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with fenugreek leaves.Serve hot.
