2.Coriander leaves
3.Green chillies
5.Dry mango powder
6.Cumin powder
7.Pepper powder
8.Garam masala powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Ginger chopped
12.Corn flakes,papad smashed
13.Besan flour
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add paneer grated,coriander leaves,green chillies,sugar,dry mango powder,cumin powder,pepper powder,garam masala powder,cheese,salt,ginger chopped mix well all ingredients together.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take 2 paneer slices,place the mixture in middle of slice and press tightly.
4.Cut the slice diagonally and dip in besan,maida batter.
5.Coat them with corn flakes,papad mixture and slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
6.Fry till golden brown colour and drain excess oil.Serve hot.
