1.Rice flour
3.Fenu greek seeds
4.Mustard seeds
5.Dry red chillies
6.Tamarind juice
7.Green chillies
8.Curry leaves
9.Onion chopped
10.Coriander powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Red chilli powder
13.Cumin seeds
14.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add few fenu greek seeds,mustard seeds,dry red chillies 3,cumin seeds and saute.
3.Add green chillies,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup saute till light golden colour.
4.Sprinkle some coriander powder and mix well,pinch of turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt to taste and give it a mix.
5.Add tamarind juice 1 cup and bring it to boil till it attains thick consistency,take a small bowl add rice flour 1 cup,some water as we needed and prepare a thick paste.
6.Add rice flour mixture to boiling content and mix well without forming any lumps.Cook for few minutes on medium flame.
7.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
