2.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
3.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
4.Coconut paste 2 tbsp
5.Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
6.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
7.Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
8.Cumin powder 1 tbsp
9.Pudina leaves chopped 2 tbsp
10.Fried onions 2 tbsp
11.Cashew nut paste 5 tbsp
12.Curd 3 tbsp
13.Fried onions paste 3 tbsp
14.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
15.Ghee 3 tbsp
16.Oil 2 tbsp
17.Fried onions with curd paste 1 tbsp
18.Whole garam masala


Process:Take a bowl add chicken,add above said all ingredients in the
same quantities as above said,mix well evenly.
2Add 2 tbsp salt and give it a good mix.
the mixture into a bowl,apply some water to the corners of vessel,take a
dough put it all around the vessel and cover it with a lid.
4.Take a flat pan and transfer the vessel onto pan,cook on high flame.
5.Cook for 30 minutes till done.
6.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with pudina leaves,brown onions,ghee.Serve hot.
