Rajasthani Masala Aloo


1.Boiled potatoes
2.Onions chopped
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Cashew nuts
6.Green chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Cumin powder
9.Garam masala powder
11.Fennel seeds (Sounf)


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add fennel seeds,green chillies 4-5 cut and slitted,onion chopped 1 cup and saute for few minutes.
3.Add 5-10 cashew nuts,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1 tbsp,red chillli powder 2 tbsp,salt to taste mix well all the ingredients,fry for few minutes.
4.Finally add boiled potatoes 1 cup and give it a good mix,add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes till water evaporates.
5.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
