Pudina Jeedipappu Pakoda


1.Cashew nuts
2.Besan flour
3.Green chillies
5.Cooking soda
6.Onion chopped
7.Cumin seeds
8.Turmeric powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 2-3,cashew nuts,pudina leaves,salt to taste,a pinch of cooking soda,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,besan flour 1 cup and mix well all the ingredients with water and prepare pakodi batter.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the pakodas gently and fry evenly in golden brown colour and crisp.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil,serve hot.
