2.Rice flour (soaked rice and roughly grinded)/Rice flour
4.Cardamom powder
5.Saffron strands


1.Take a pan pour 1 bowl milk and bring it to boil.
2.Add 1 cup rice flour and mix well,cook for 5 minutes.
3.Take a bowl add rice flour,some water and prepare a thick paste without lumps.
4.Add rice flour paste to the boiling milk and mix well without forming any lumps.
5.Add 1/2 cup sugar,cardamom powder,saffron strands and give it a good mix.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with dry fruits.Serve hot.
