Dahi Paneer Kabab


1.Paneer grated
3.Bread crumbs
4.Garam masala powder
5.Cumin powder
6.Ginger chopped
7.Garlic cloves chopped
8.Onion chopped
9.Turmeric powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Besan flour
15.Green chillies chopped


1.Take a bowl add cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,onion chopped 2 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,besan flour 1 tbsp,curd 1 tbsp,bread crumbs 1 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,green chilllies,paneer grated 1 tbspginger chopped,garlic chopped mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Prepare a smooth dough,now divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare small round shape cutlets(kababs)
3.Coat the kababs with bread powder and keep aside.
4.Heat a pan drizzle some oil and spread evenly.Place the cutlets on  pan cook evenly on both the sides.
5.Keep turning till its cooks completely by drizzling some oil.Transfer onto a plate,serve hot.
