1.Potato chips
2.Fried brown onions
3.Red chilli powder
4.Potatoes boiled-potatoes peeled and make a hollow hole in middle for stuffing
5.Japathri (Mace)
6.Kasoori methi
7.Oil for deep frying
8.Salt to taste
9.Pomegranate seeds
11.Maida,besan flour mixture
12.Cumin powder
13.Badam grated
14.Green chillies
15.Bread powder


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add fried brown onions,potato chips roughly mashed,badam grated,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp,kasoori methi,green chillies finley chopped,pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp,salt to taste,japathri,potato boiled 1 tbsp,red chilli powder,sugar and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Now stuff the mixture in potato(hollow) and set aside.
4.Now dip maida,besan batter and coat with bread powder,gently drop in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.
5.Transfer onto a paper napkin,serve hot.
