1.Beerakaya pieces
3.Garlic cloves
4.Urad dal
5.Curry leaves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Mustard seeds
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Chana dal
12.Dry red chillies


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,garlic cloves chopped,chana dal,urad dal,dry red chillies 3,curry leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes.
3.Add beerakaya pieces 1 cup and give it a mix,add pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste,add some water and bring it to boil.
4.Add telagapindi 1 cup,give it a good mix,keep stirring the mixture evenly.Cook for few minutes till beerakaya pieces on medium flame.
5.Off the stove and transfer onto a plate,serve hot with rice or chapathis.
