Chole Paneer Curry


1.Boiled Senagalu (Bengal gram)
2.Fried paneer
3.Onion chopped
4.Green chillies
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coconut,cashew nut,gasagasala paste
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
11.Garam masala powder
12.Turmeric powder
13.Red chilli powder
14.Tomato paste


1.Take a pan pour 4 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute,add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coconut paste 3 tbsp and mix well.
3.Add salt to taste,garam masala powder 1 tbsp and fry for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add red chilli powder 2 tbsp,green chillies 2 tbsp,1 cup boiled senagalu,tomato puree 1 cup and give it a good mix.
5.Add some water as we needed and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
6.Finally add fried paneer pieces,turmeric powder a pinch and give it a good mix.Sprinkle some coriander,curry leaves,pudina on top,mix well.
7.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
