Multi Grain Ladoo


1.Wheat flour
2.Raagi flour
3.Jowar flour
4.Sajjalu flour
6.Dry fruits
9.Sesame seeds


1.Prepare a smooth dough with all above said flours and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour 1 tbsp ghee and melt it.
3.Fry dry fruits for few minutes till light golden colour and keep aside.
the dough into small equal portions and roll into chapathis,fry on flat
skillet by drizzling some ghee.Cook on both sides evenly.
5.Now tear all chapathis into small pieces and grind them into a smooth powder.
another bowl add grinded powder,sesame,peanuts powder 1 cup,sugar 1
cup,fried dry fruits,ghee and mix well all the ingredients evenly and
prepare ladoos.Serve immediately.
