Gongura Rice


1.Cooked rice
3.Mustard seeds
4.Dry red chillies
5.Green chillies
6.Onion chopped
7.Turmeric powder
8.Garlic cloves roughly mashed
9.Cumin seeds


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,garlic cloves chopped,dry red chillies 5,green chillies,onion chopped and saute for few minutes.
3.Add turmeric powder,gongura leaves,salt to taste and mix well,fry till leaves are tender and cooked.
4.Finally add cooked rice 1 bowl and give it a good mix,cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and off the stove.Transfer onto a bowl,serve hot.
