Pesarapappu Mamidikaya

Ingredients:

1.Pesalu soaked and boiled
2.Mustard seeds
3.Cumin seeds
4.Garlic cloves
5.Onion chopped
6.Green chillies
7.Dry red chilllies
8.Turmeric powder
9.Tomatoes chopped
10.Raw mango pieces
11.Coriander powder
12.Red chilli powder
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,garlic cloves chopped,dry red chillies  2,green chillies 3-4, saute for a minute.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup,saute till light golden colour.
4.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and saute till soft and tender.
5.Add raw mango pieces,turmeric powder and mix well,cook till mango pieces are tender.Sprinkle some coriander powder,salt to taste,red chilli powder and give it a good mix.
6.Add 1 cup pesalu boiled and give it a good mix,cook for 2 -3 minutes,off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot
