Chicken Vadalu


1.Chana dal
2.Oil for deep frying
3.Cumin powder
4.Coriander powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Green chilli chopped
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Chicken keema


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add chicken keema 1 cup,cumin seeds,coriander leaves,green chillies,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,chana dal mashed.
3.Mix well all the ingredients evenly,take small amount of mixture on your palms and prepare small vadas,slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning vadas on both sides and fry evenly in golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil.Serve hot.
