Capsicum Corn Cutlet


1.Corn paste
2.Capsicum chopped finely
3.Boiled potatoes
4.Bread crumbs
5.Egg mixture
6.Coriander powder
7.Onion chopped
8.Green chilllies
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add onion chopped 1 cup,capsicum chopped 1 cup,sweet corn paste 1 cup fry for few minutes.
3.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp and mix well.
4.Add boiled and mashed potato mixture and give it a mix,transfer into a bowl.Add 3 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well.
5.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Prepare round dumplings from the mixture and keep aside.
7.Now whisk the egg mixture,dip the balls in egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs and shape into a cutlet.
8.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour and transfer onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil and serve hot.
