1.Lady finger (Deseed )
3.Cumin seeds
4.Urad dal
5.Dry red chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Onion chopped
8.Turmeric powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Garlic paste(Garlic cloves,cumin seeds,dry coconut powder)


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Cut and slit lady finger and stuff the garlic paste in it,repeat the same process and deep fry in hot oil.
3.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
4.Add cumin seeds,urad dal 1 tbsp,dry red chillies 4-5,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup and mix well.Fry for few minutes.
5.Add pinch of turmeric powder,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 tbsp and mix well evenly.
6.Finally transfer the fried bhendi and give it a fine mix.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
