Gummadikaya Dappalam


1.Gummadikaya pieces boiled
2.Besan flour
5.Tempering seeds
6.Onion chopped
7.Curry leaves
8.Asofetida (Inguva)
9.Green chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Sambar powder


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,onion chopped 1 cup saute till light golden colour.
3.Add pinch of asofetida,curry leaves,gummadikaya pieces 1 cup and mix well,add tamarind juice 1bowl,salt to taste,small piece of jaggery,sambar powder and bring it to boil.
4.Take a small bowl add besan flour 1/2 cup,some water and prepare a thick liquid without forming any lumps and add this mixture to the boiling content,mix well.
5.Cook for about 5 minutes and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.
