1.Fish pieces
2.Fenugreek seeds
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Turmeric powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Green chillies
10.Tamarind juice
11.Onion chopped
14.Raw mango pieces


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chillies cut and slitted,curry leaves,pinch of asofetida saute for a minute.
3.Add 1 cup onion chopped  and fry for few minutes.
4.Add 1 cup tamarind juice,turmeric powder,salt to taste,red chilli powder 2 tbsp and mix well.
5.Add 1 glass of water,cover and boil for 5 minutes,add fish pieces and cook for few minutes till fish cooks completely.
6.Add raw mango pieces 1 cup,cover and cook for another 5 minutes.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
