Chilli Garlic Veg Fried Rice


1.Garlic cloves finely chopped
2.Green chillies
3.Onion chopped
4.Boiled mixed vegetables
5.Tomato sauce
6.Soya sauce
8.Spring onions chopped
9.Cooked rice
10.Salt to taste


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add finely chopped garlic cloves,green chillies,onion chopped 1 cup saute till onions turn into golden brown colour.
3.Add boiled vegetables 1 cup and give it a mix,fry for few minutes.
4.Add cooked 1 bowl and mix well evenly,add salt to taste,ajinomoto a pinch and give it a stir.
5.Add soya sauce 1 tbsp,tomato sauce 2 tbsp and mix well,add spring onions chopped and give it a fine mix,transfer into a bowl,garnish with  spring onions.
