Munnakaya Egg Curry


1.Boiled eggs
2.Drum sticks boiled
3.Tomatoes chopped
4.Tamarind juice
5.Coriander powder
6.Powdered peanuts
7.Turmeric powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Mustard seeds
10.Green chillies
11.Salt to taste
13.Onion chopped


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Fry boiled eggs for few minutes till it changes into light golden brown,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add mustard seeds,green chillies,onion chopped and saute for few minutes.
4.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and cook till soft and pulpy.
5.Add boiled drum sticks,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a stir.
6.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste.coriander powder 1 tbsp and give it a good mix,fry for few minutes.
7.Add fried and boiled eggs,1/2 cup tamarind juice,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
8.Add powdered peanut 1/2 cup and cook till it attains thick gravy consistency,transfer into a bowl,garnish with green chillies.Serve hot.
