Gummadikaya Boorelu


1.Rice flour
3.Cardamom powder
6.Boiled chana dal mixture
7.Gummadikaya boiled mixture


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add gummadikaya mixture 1 cup,chana dal mixture 1/2 cup,jaggery 1 cup,ghee 1 tbsp,sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Take another bowl add rice flour 1 cup,some water as we needed and prepare a thick batter consistency.
4.Prepare round balls from gummadikaya mixture,dip in rice flour batter and slowly drop in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Keep turning the balls in between and fry evenly.Repeat the same process.
6.Fry till golden brown colour and transfer onto a paper napkin,drain excess oil.Serve hot.
