3.Besan flour
5.Cumin seeds
6.Green chillies
7.Garlic paste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Curry leaves
12.Ginger paste
13.Salt to taste
14.Garam masala powder
15.Red chilli powder


1.Take a bowl add 1 cup curd,besan flour 1 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
2.Add turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp and give it a stir.
3.Take a pan pour some ghee and heat it.
4.Add cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,garlic,ginger paste 1 tbsp and saute.
5.Add 1 bowl chicken and fry for few minutes,add some water as we needed,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 tbsp and give it a mix.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till chicken cooks completely.
7.Add a pinch of asofetida (Inguva),curd mixture,sugar 1/4 tbsp and mix it well.
8.Finally add pinch of garam masala powder and off the stove,give it a good stir.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
