2.Whole garam masala
6.Onion chopped
7.Cashew nuts
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder
15.Cumin powder
16.Coriander leaves
18.Rice soaked


1.Take a pressure pan add some oil,ghee in equal quantities and heat it.
2.Add whole garam masala,onion chopped 1 cup,cashew nuts and saute for few minutes.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and mix well,add green chillies,some water and bring it to boil.
4.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup and cook till soft and pulpy.
turmeric powder,salt to taste,panasakaya pieces 1 cup,curd 1 cup,red
chilli powder 1 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients.
6.Cook for 5 minutes till done,add cumin powder,some water as we needed and bring it to boil for a minute.
7.Finally add chopped coriander,pudina leaves,soaked rice 1 bowl,and garam masala powder 1 tbsp.
8.Pressure cook for 2 whistles and transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
