Aloogadda Kodiguddu Kurma


1.Boiled eggs
2.Boiled potatoes
3.Green chilly,ginger garlic,coriander seeds paste
4.Onion chopped
5.Tomatoes chopped
7.Black cloves
8.Cinnamon stick
9.Bay leaf
11.Salt to taste
12.Gasagasalu,coconut powder
13.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cloves,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and saute.
3.Add onion chopped 1 cup saute till golden,add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,curry leaves,green chilly paste and mix well.Fry for 2 minutes.
4.Add turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,boiled potatoes,mashed potatoes,salt to taste and cook for few minutes till done.
5.Add some water and bring it to boil,add boiled eggs 4 and cook well.
6.Add coconut gasagasala paste and mix well,cook for few minutes.Finally transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
