1.Wheat flour
3.Carrot grated
4.Paneer grated


1.Prepare a soft and smooth dough with wheat flour,rest for about 2 hours.
2.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp ghee,melt it.
3.Add carrot grated 1 cup and saute for few minutes.
4.Add paneer grated 1 cup and mix well,fry for few minutes till it changes into light brown colour.
5.Add sugar 1cup and give it a mix,saute till sugar melts and becomes dry.
6.Off the stove,rest the mixture to cool for 5 minutes.
7.Now prepare round balls from the mixture and keep aside.
8.Stuff the paneer mixture in dough and press into a thin layered chapathi on greased plastic cover with ghee.Meanwhile heat a flat pan,by driazzling 1 tbsp ghee and spread all over the pan.
9.Place the chapathi on pan cook evenly on both sides,Transfer onto a plate,drizzle some ghee on top,serve hot.
